GYROTONIC® - Private ($80-$150), Circuit class ($30 with max. 6 guests)


A training method based in principles of yoga, dance, tai chi, and swimming, with an emphasis on rotation and spiraling movement that has no end point. Gyrotonic exercise sequences are intended to increase the functional capacity of the entire body in a harmonious way through continous flowing movements, synchronized with corresponding breath patterns to improve spine configuration, and lubricate joints and ligaments. In each class you will work through the Pulley tower, Gyrotoner, Jumping stretching board and the archway. Circuit classes taught with max. 6 guests.



A movement method performed with a chair or mat that gently works the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. This practice incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi, gymnastics, and dance.
