PERSONAL TRAINING - $75-$125
A fitness professional motivates clients by setting goals, providing feedback, and encouraging clients with accountability for daily actions. Trainers measure client strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. Program varies to what a client needs and desires, particularly for weight loss goals.
MARTIAL ARTS - $250/mo. (2x/wk.), $350 (1st mo. registration, incl. T-shirt + patch)
Karate Do is effective in dynamic techniques for situations in real life scenarios. Our program is offered for children, and is recommended as a developmental discipline, as well as for adults interested in pursuing the practice. Taught by Master with Eight Dan black belt in Jiu Jitsu, Seventh Dan black belt in Karate, Fifth Dan black belt in Judo, Third Dan black belt in Aiki Do, and First Dan black belt in Police self defense.
PERSONAL SELF DEFENSE - $150
Practicing the Kansen Ryu Self Defense System from various martial arts such as Aiki Do, Karate, Judo and Jiu Jitsu, incorporated with Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and Western Boxing is the ultimate excellence in efficency for any combat situation. Our program tailors classes to women and executives, involving a speedy defense course for busy schedules.
