BARRE CONDITIONING - $30
Class begins with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises, push-ups and planks. It targets the bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back muscles, moving into a series of ballet barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighs and total leg strengthening.
RESTORATIVE STRETCHING - $30
Focused on breathing and meditation to achieve a smoother, relaxing stretch of the muscles in order to heal the form or function to a muscle or any part of the body.
